- Releve in 4th position croise
Video
Approximately 10 minute (via a link to YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, etc)
- 5 minutes of barre work, alternating sides, should include:
plies
tendu/degage
fondu
frappe
adage
grand battement
- Center:
Adagio with fondu, promenades, and arabesque penchée
Pirouettes from 5th and 4th, en dehors and en dedans
Petit allegro with assemblés, jetés, and brise
Grand Allegro
- Female-identifying students (if on pointe, ages 12+ only):
Pointe work showing bourrees, echappes, pique turns, and releve on one leg
- Male-identifying students:
tours en l'aire, entrechat six
Optional: a classical and/or contemporary solo
